Fine Line Flag products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for normal use under typical conditions.
Flags used outdoors are subject to environmental conditions such as wind, sun, precipitation, and temperature changes. These factors naturally impact the lifespan of a flag and are not considered defects under this warranty.

If a warranty claim is approved, Fine Line Flag may, at its discretion:
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Fine Line Flag’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Products enrolled in the Retire & Refresh program may be subject to different terms and conditions related to replacement and retirement. Those terms are governed by the subscription agreement for that program.
