    Limited Product Warranty

    Fine Line Flag products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for normal use under typical conditions.

    What This Warranty Covers

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Material flaws present at the time of delivery
    • Workmanship issues affecting normal use

    What This Warranty Does Not Cover

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by improper use or installation
    • Damage caused by extreme weather, environmental exposure, or misuse
    • Fading, fraying, or deterioration due to prolonged outdoor exposure
    • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

    Outdoor Use Disclaimer

    Flags used outdoors are subject to environmental conditions such as wind, sun, precipitation, and temperature changes. These factors naturally impact the lifespan of a flag and are not considered defects under this warranty.

    Warranty Claims

    If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, contact us at info@finelineflag.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

    If a warranty claim is approved, Fine Line Flag may, at its discretion:

    • Replace the product
    • Issue a refund
    • Provide store credit

    Exclusions and Limitations

    This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Fine Line Flag’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

    Retire & Refresh Program

    Products enrolled in the Retire & Refresh program may be subject to different terms and conditions related to replacement and retirement. Those terms are governed by the subscription agreement for that program.
