Fine Line Flag wants you to be happy with every order. If you're not, here's how we handle returns.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
We refund the full product price. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
For size exchanges on apparel, start a return following the steps above and place a new order for the correct size. Exchanges are processed as return + new order, which is usually faster than swapping.
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.
