    The Retire & Refresh program is Fine Line Flag’s American flag subscription service for homeowners, businesses, and organizations that fly flags year-round. Each plan delivers a scheduled replacement flag — FMAA-Certified and Made in USA — before wear or fading occurs, ensuring your display remains dignified and aligned with U.S. Flag Code standards.

    Unlike a one-time flag purchase, a Retire & Refresh subscription covers the complete flag care cycle: delivery, display, and retirement. Prepaid return materials are included so every flag is retired respectfully through Arizona Trail VETS, with a donation included in each plan.
