Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom-embroidered items require an additional 5–7 business days.
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. International orders are not supported at this time — contact us if you're outside the US and we'll see what we can do.
US orders ship free with our standard Economy service — no minimum order. Need it faster? A Priority Fulfillment option ($25) is available at checkout on orders of $35 or more. We ship via USPS and UPS, with carrier chosen based on the fastest cost-effective option for your location.
Typical transit times (after the 1–3 day processing window):
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it after 5 business days, check your spam folder, then email us at info@finelineflag.com.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is truly lost, contact us and we'll open a carrier claim. Replacement or refund will be issued based on the carrier's findings.
Shipping delays caused by the carrier (weather, holidays, service disruptions) are outside our control, but we'll help resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
