    Sale Items

    Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

    Retire & Refresh Program Returns

    Prepaid return shipping labels are included as part of the Retire & Refresh program. Return and replacement procedures for Retire & Refresh may differ from standard product returns and are outlined as part of the subscription.

    Additional Information

    If you are returning an item valued over $75 outside of the Retire & Refresh program, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
